Woodington Lake Golf Club - Legend Course: A Review from July 30, 2023.

My friends and I decided on Woodington Lake Golf Club for our outing, and it proved to be a popular choice.

 

Unfortunately, I arrived a bit late, missing out on the opportunity to explore the shop and grab a bite before our tee time. Nonetheless, I managed to indulge in a delicious Tuna sandwich priced at a reasonable $9.00.

Although I had hoped to utilize the driving range, I couldn't find any information about it on their website. Instead, I spent my warm-up period honing my putting skills on a generously sized green.

 

Despite the looming clouds, the course was impeccably maintained. The greens presented a satisfying challenge, and the bunkers were pleasantly soft, offering a forgiving landing spot for wayward shots.

 

One of the highlights of the round was the iconic view from the 18th hole, overlooking the water with the clubhouse in the background. It provided a picturesque and memorable end to the round.

Overall, I enjoyed my round on the Legend course and would return to tackle the other Legacy course offered at Woodington Lake Golf Club.
